Construction to Permanent Loan vs. End Loan

Knez offers a credit to buyers who decide to get a construction to permanent loan. In this circumstance, the customer’s loan actually funds the construction of the home and the customer owns the lot and property during the build. Once the home is complete, the loan automatically transitions into an ongoing mortgage.

With an end loan, Knez will fund the construction of the home and own the lot and property during the build. The Customer will secure an end loan and interest rate while the home is being built and will not make any payments until the home is completed and title has transferred.

There are advantages to both a construction to permanent loan and an end loan. Talk to your loan specialist to get more details and to help determine which type of loan will work best for you!
